About the Role">

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business excellence within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to collect and evaluate business requirements around Process Management (EPM). This involves process discovery, process modelling, business and technical quality assurance, publication of approved process models, and annual re-certification.

You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Additionally, you will collaborate with business units to discuss business process modelling and assist in the design and implementation of technical solutions. Your expertise in BPMN 2.0 or other BPM/Operational Excellence certification is highly desirable.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  3. Assist in creation, implementation, and documentation of business requirements">
  4. Carry out Analysis of present processes and identify opportunities to enhance processes">
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders and Translate business requirements into technical specifications">
  6. Apply knowledge on business process modelling to discuss with business units">
  7. Assist in the design and implementation of technical solutions">
  8. Perform quality assurance to ensure the technology delivery meets business expectations

Your Skills and Experience:

  • ">
  • At least 7 years experience in banking or asset management, preferrable in Process Management, Business Architecture and/or Control Management related activities">
  • Experience in Asset Management Industry and/or Financial Industry">
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders">
  • BPMN 2.0 or other BPM / Operational Excellence certification preferred.">
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word as well as a relevant Business Process Management Tools">
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
