Career Consultant in International Nursing Education

We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Overseas Career Consultant to join our Study Abroad team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of nursing pathways abroad and be able to effectively counsel students on study and career opportunities. They will also be responsible for guiding students through the application process, including eligibility, admission processes, fees, visa requirements, and licensing exams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Counsel students on nursing education and career options abroad.
  • Explain the admissions process, fees, visa requirements, and licensing exams for nursing programs abroad.
  • Assist students with their applications, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Convert student inquiries into successful enrollments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate admissions, operations, and marketing efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of student counseling sessions and progress.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Education, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in counseling students on education and career opportunities abroad.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing education and career pathways abroad.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and the local language.
  • Results-driven with a focus on sales and conversion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
KRA & KPI:
  • Lead the sales funnel for the Nursing Overseas vertical.
  • Meet monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
  • Maintain a high counseling-to-conversion ratio.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain CRM hygiene.
  • Provide exceptional support to students throughout the application process.
