Chief Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to support our finance team. The primary responsibilities include ensuring smooth transitions, accurate reporting, and activities that promote improvements and initiatives.
Main Responsibilities- Upload insurance-related journals into Workday on a monthly basis to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Migrate opening balances into Workday for global entities to maintain financial integrity and consistency.
- Develop reconciliation processes to improve reporting accuracy and control efficiency.
- Create process flow maps to facilitate transition from the current to future state.
- Provide analytical support for controls and validations in Workday to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as required to meet business needs and priorities.
- A university degree in Accounting or Finance is essential for this role.
- 3–5 years of work experience in finance or accounting with a strong understanding of ERP/finance systems.
- Excellent Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and formulas to analyze and present financial data effectively.
- Familiarity with Workday or similar ERP/finance systems to perform journal uploads and other tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical ability to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
