Finance Role Overview:

Our organization is seeking an experienced Finance Officer to play a key role in our financial operations. This position requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily income audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards
  • Prepare and circulate sales reports among department heads and owners
  • Run day-end reports in Jonas System and generate necessary documents by departments/outlets
  • Reconcile credit cards daily and post transactions to the system
  • Ensure proper backup and authorization for rebates and discounts
  • Review and audit discounts provided by F&B and other departments
  • Manage and reconcile petty cash, disburse cash after verifying requests, and maintain a register of petty cash advances
  • Supervise outlet cashiering staff to ensure effective operations
  • Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations and assist with financial reporting
  • Assist the chief accountant with annual and interim audits
  • Maintain proper filing and ensure adherence to record retention policies

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of related experience in a similar role or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and property management systems
  • Attention to detail with the ability to assess financial information
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
