Financial Accountant Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, conducting financial reporting, and analyzing financial data.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field required
  • 4-6 years of accounting experience in the IT industry preferred

This role includes using accounting software and applying finance principles to maintain accurate financial records and support decision-making processes within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of tax regulations and compliance procedures, as well as proficiency in accounting and payroll software.

Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and receivable, is also a key responsibility.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and manage financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
  2. Oversee daily financial transactions and ensure timely and accurate recording of financial data
  3. Support internal and external audits as required
  4. Prepare and submit financial reports to management, offering insights and analysis to support decision-making

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance procedures
  • Proficiency in accounting and payroll software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
