Job Title: Asset Wealth Manager

Job Summary

This is a key position responsible for conducting internal audits to assess risks and controls in our wealth management business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audit work as assigned according to the standards of Internal Audit's risk-based methodology.
  • Design effective tests of key controls or processes to assess risks and validate design and operating effectiveness.
  • Design and execute substantive testing, including data analysis.
  • Document audit work and conclude on test results.
  • Identify, assess and report on all key risks and compliance issues.
  • Review and test management actions taken by Business to remediate issues.
  • Draft clear, concise and well-supported audit findings.
  • Communicate with the audit team on issues or delays that may arise.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of audits and assigned functions, including technology and organizational activities.
  • Execute special or ad-hoc projects as requested.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years experience in asset management/financial services, including operational, regulatory, compliance and financial audits.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory framework and requirements.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated with proven ability to research and apply regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with peers and stakeholders.
