Job Overview

The Commercial Excellence Associate Director plays a pivotal role in enabling global go-to-market collaboration with member firms, supporting new business line launches, and ensuring commercial visibility and performance tracking across initiatives.

  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects that drive the setup and scaling of new business lines globally.
  • Monitor project execution across milestones, ensuring timely delivery, issue resolution, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Track commercial performance post-launch, including revenue realization and cost management, to ensure financial health and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain data-driven dashboards and reports that provide leadership with clear visibility into project progress, risks, and commercial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with finance, business, and tech teams to drive operational excellence and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Contribute to building scalable frameworks for commercial governance, reporting, and performance tracking across international initiatives.
Key Requirements
  • MBA from a top-tier institute (12+ years experience); background in business operations, program/project management, or sales/commercial operations.
  • Strong understanding of P&L and financial performance indicators (FP&A knowledge preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across geographies.
  • Commercial acumen with strong analytical, dashboarding, and reporting capabilities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in consulting or digital/tech-driven environments.
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and business storytelling skills.
