Job Title: Lead Software Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to design, develop, and maintain complex software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write medium to complex SQL queries and handle Change Requests with ease.
  • Develop and maintain low to medium complexity queries, including table joins, as well as insert and delete statements.
  • Read and interpret log files and source code to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide case closure documentation and recognize incident trends through root cause analysis.
  • Offer guidance to end users on the use of applications and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage and handle tickets efficiently using ServiceNow.
Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document issue resolution in business terminology.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Good understanding of Integrations and Messaging.
