As a Recruitment Operations Specialist at Randstad Enterprise, you will play a vital role in driving our recruitment operations forward. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to coordinating with hiring managers and facilitating candidate communication.
Job Description:
Recruitment Co-Ordinator - Contractual (1 Year)
Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore
Shift Time: 5:30 pm to 2:30 am IST
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of high-quality candidates to our clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, interviewers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Arrange logistics for interviews, including booking meeting rooms, coordinating video conferencing facilities, and arranging travel accommodations if necessary.
- Coordinate panel interviews involving multiple interviewers, briefing all panel members on the interview format and ensuring they have access to candidate information beforehand.
- Facilitate virtual interviews via video conferencing platforms, troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring a smooth interview experience for both candidates and interviewers.
Data Collection and Management:
- Maintain accurate records of candidate information, interview schedules, outcomes, and feedback in our applicant tracking system or recruitment database.
- Gather feedback from interviewers following candidate interviews, collating comments and assessments to inform hiring decisions and provide constructive feedback to candidates.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the recruitment process, implementing enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness over time.

- Organization Skills: Strong organizational skills are crucial for managing multiple interview schedules, coordinating logistics, and maintaining accurate records.
- Time Management and Attention to Detail: The ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously is essential in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Customer Service Orientation: Recruitment coordinators should have a customer-focused mindset, providing excellent service to candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
