Job Title: BPO Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled BPO Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Cyfuture India Pvt Ltd.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic opportunity for a seasoned recruitment professional to drive the hiring process for customer service operations, leveraging their expertise in talent acquisition and management.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the BPO industry, with experience in managing recruitment processes, including initial assessments, interviews, and onboarding. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders are essential for success in this role.

A strong network with FOC consultants, training institutes, campuses, NGOs, and government-run programs is also crucial. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating weekly/monthly reports to accurately reflect talent plans, status, and other key metrics.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recruitment process for customer service operations, ensuring timely hiring and onboarding of top talent.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies to recruit employees across levels and from various candidate pools.
  • Maintain strong candidate engagement during pre-boarding to minimize pre-joining attrition.
  • Work closely with business leaders to determine current and future staffing needs.
  • Leverage social media, job boards, and other sourcing means to identify suitable candidates.
  • Strengthen relationships with third-party recruitment agencies to ensure their full support in meeting hiring needs.
  • Create weekly/monthly reports to accurately reflect talent plans, status, and other key metrics.

Requirements:

  • 2-8 years of BPO recruitment experience, both domestic and international, pan India.
  • Strong BPO hiring experience, including bulk hiring, mass recruitment, walk-ins, and campus hiring.
  • Good network with FOC consultants, training institutes, campuses, NGOs, and government-run programs.
  • Strong exposure to social networking and data mapping through job portals, LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, etc.
  • Dynamic, confident, and good communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and usage of job boards/portals.
  • Deadline-driven, with good time management to balance competing demands.

Salary Range:

₹ 1,200,000 - ₹ 1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
