Salary:
Rupees 1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment and HR Specialist to join our team. As the primary point of contact for employee-related matters, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all employees.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Sourcing and recruiting top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
- Partnering with department managers to identify staffing needs and support recruitment strategies.
- Managing the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting inductions and training sessions.
- Employee Relations & Support:
- Providing guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees.
- Facilitating conflict resolution and managing employee disputes.
- Promoting employee engagement programs to improve job satisfaction and morale.
- Training & Development:
- Identifying training needs and organizing skill development programs for employees.
- Coordinating leadership development initiatives and performance management processes.
- Maintaining records of training and development activities.
- Compensation & Benefits Administration:
- Administering payroll and benefits programs.
- Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
- Staying informed of industry compensation trends and making recommendations for adjustments to the company's compensation structure.
- Compliance & Legal:
- Ensuring the company's compliance with all relevant labor laws and employment regulations.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and managing HR documentation.
- Preparing and submitting compliance reports to regulatory bodies as required.
- Administrative Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and other materials needed to run the office efficiently.
- Coordinating and managing office maintenance, including repairs, cleaning, and general upkeep.
