Job Description and Required Skills:

  • We are seeking an experienced developer with hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions using App Connect Enterprise (ACE).
  • The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of ESB, API development, message flows, and ESQL, along with experience in cloud and hybrid integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions using App Connect Enterprise (ACE) or IBM Integration Bus (IIB).
  • Develop message flows, ESQL, Java, and XSLT transformations for seamless data exchange.
  • Implement REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and microservices using ACE.
  • Configure messaging systems like MQ, Kafka, and others for event-driven integrations.
  • Work on cloud-based integrations such as IBM Cloud, Azure, and hybrid deployment models.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize performance bottlenecks in ACE/IIB applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable integration solutions.
  • Follow best practices for error handling, logging, and monitoring in ACE.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies in API integrations.
  • Participate in CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
  • Document technical designs, deployment steps, and operational guides.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and monitoring tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • IBM Certified Integration Developer (ACE/IIB) certification is highly beneficial.
