Job Description

As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and security of our clients' systems hosted on our managed hosting platform.

Our team is looking for a skilled professional with expertise in Linux and AWS to join our managed hosting team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and IAM.

The role involves configuring and maintaining AWS cloud infrastructure to support our managed hosting services. You will also be responsible for collaborating with clients to understand their hosting requirements and provide technical support and solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience as a System Administrator in a managed hosting environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems (e.g., CentOS, Ubuntu) and shell scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and IAM.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively with clients and team members.
