Job Overview

An Incident Manager serves as a liaison between Support, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams.

The ideal candidate is passionate about product quality, empathetic towards customers, and committed to delivering high-quality services.

  • Investigate production issues raised by customers, Support, and Engineering.
  • Work with Support and Engineering to facilitate issue resolution, root cause analysis, and implement learnings.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  2. Basic understanding of systems architecture for cloud-hosted applications.
  3. Data analysis skills - creating and interpreting dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
  • Experience with REST APIs, application logging/monitoring tools, and SQL.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in IT (SRE, sysadmin, developer, QA, technical support, or similar).
  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • Good understanding of systems architecture and data analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
