We're partnering with banking clients in their Agile transformation journey, delivering innovative AI solutions responsibly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate planning events, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
  • Cultivate Agile best practices, Lean thinking, and SAFe principles within high-performing teams.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and empowerment among team members.

Sprint Goals and Alignment:

  • Ensure sprint objectives align with overall goals and eliminate external distractions.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Product Managers to maintain a healthy backlog.

SAFe & ART Alignment:

  • Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers for cross-team alignment.
  • Support teams in meeting commitments and improving flow metrics.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development environments.
  • 2+ years working in SAFe environments, ideally within Agile Release Trains.
  • Experience supporting teams building AI/ML or data-driven products.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, team health) and tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) and/or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM / SASM).
  • Background in data science, AI/ML, or software engineering is beneficial.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as banking or fintech.
  • Understanding of MLOps, model governance, and AI lifecycle management.
