Job Title: Project Director

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of land-based solar project development, from conceptualization to completion. This includes leading cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and development of MW-scale land-based solar projects
• Collaborate with civil engineers to ensure RCC and Steel design meet technical specifications
• Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress and address any issues
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (IS, BS, IEC) and company policies
• Manage project schedules and resource allocation

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering or project management
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget
• Strong understanding of RCC and Steel design principles
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
