Job Description

  • We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead our projects related to process improvement, operational efficiency, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Execution of Projects: Assist in the design, development, and execution of projects related to process improvement, operational efficiency, and organizational development.
  2. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of project initiatives.
  3. Data Analysis and Insights: Conduct research and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for project strategies.
  4. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to support project delivery.
  5. Process Improvements: Contribute to process improvements, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
  6. Communication and Resolution: Act as a key point of contact for specific project-related activities, ensuring timely communication and resolution of queries.
  7. Project Monitoring: Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education and Experience: MBA from Tier 1 &2 colleges; prior internship or exposure to project management is preferred.
  • Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Sourcing and Interviewing: Strong experience in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Recruitment Tools and Platforms: Knowledge of various recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Negotiation and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Team Management: Team Management of at least 5-10 members
