Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Application Monitoring and Optimization Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application monitoring and optimization, with expertise in Dynatrace setup and configuration.

  • Proven experience with Dynatrace setup and configuration.
  • Experience in operational application management.
  • Troubleshooting user issues and performing root cause analysis.
  • Identifying recurring issues and ensuring long-term fixes.
  • Expertise in setting up alarming for Dynatrace and Splunk for different applications.
  • Define and fine-tune alerts.
  • Integrate Dynatrace alerts in incident management tooling.
  • Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks.
  • Ability to analyze and optimize application code with respect to error handling and alerting.
  • Strong understanding of synthetic monitoring and alarm management.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience in a similar liaison role between application and platform teams.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and principles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in application monitoring and optimization.
  • Expertise in Dynatrace setup and configuration.
  • Experience in operational application management.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks.
