Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and optimize the performance of direct mail marketing campaigns by analyzing large datasets using SQL and Excel.
  • Evaluate historical metrics such as response rate, approval rate, conversion rate, loan size, and payment performance.
  • Develop informed strategies for upcoming campaigns based on a combination of quantitative data and qualitative business context.
  • Monitor and maintain performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in managing portfolio performance and making business-driven credit policy decisions.
  • Proven track record of interpreting data within a business context to make high-impact decisions.
  • Advanced technical skills including proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Python.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets, isolate anomalies, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred/Plus Factors:

  • Experience with direct mail marketing in a financial services context.
  • Familiarity with credit bureau data and segmentation strategies.
  • Understanding of consumer credit products, including installment loans and lines of credit.
