Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the end-to-end production process, from initial brief to final delivery. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients, creative teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, including defining scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the production process.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including creative, account management, and production teams, to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to define campaign scopes, estimates, and schedules.
  • Ensure timely and efficient scheduling of internal resources, maximizing team utilization and meeting post-production timelines.
  • Develop accurate post-production budgets, gain client sign-off, and ensure all stakeholders are aware of budget constraints before commencement.
  • Monitor budget allocation, negotiate extensions, or additional costs when necessary, and report essential information to the relevant parties.
  • Supervise the production and post-production process, addressing any issues related to deadlines, live dates, and editing time.
  • Mentor and manage junior team members, fostering their growth and development within the production environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement through each step of the process and consult on process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years' experience of managing shoot production and post-production in a Creative, Events or Production Agency.
  • Able to manage a heavy workload under pressure by effectively prioritizing, planning, and overseeing multiple tasks at any one time.
  • Strong track record in executing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Good understanding of current trends and events in new media and technology to leverage in advertising and digital marketing.
  • Previous Experience of Resource and Production services sourcing.
  • Knowledge of aspect ratios and how to shoot for those for various deliverables and knowledge of shooting for CGI pack replacements.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and willing to refine the key skills for running a business.
  • Have a positive, can-do outlook, willing to leverage past experience to provide the best solution for each project you own.
  • Be willing to share your experience and collaborate with your global network of colleagues.
