Job Title: Mainframe Senior Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Mainframe Senior Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring and implementing custom workspaces and pages using ServiceNow UI Builder. They will also develop reusable components using the Now Experience UI Framework (including web components and data resources).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing custom workspaces and pages using ServiceNow UI Builder.
  • Developing reusable components using the Now Experience UI Framework.
  • Integrating ServiceNow components with REST APIs and data sources.
  • Optimizing the performance and responsiveness of UI Builder applications.
  • Collaborating with back-end developers to align data models and logic with front-end designs.
  • Participating in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and reviews.
  • Providing technical documentation and support for deployed applications.

Requirements include:

  • 5-7 years of professional experience in mainframe or ServiceNow UI development roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow UI Builder and the Now Experience UI Framework.
  • Proficient in developing reusable components and integrating REST APIs within ServiceNow.
  • Solid understanding of front-end technologies and frameworks as used within ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
