Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our team in managing and maintaining the organization's technology infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our IT systems, including servers, networks, and security protocols. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions that meet business needs and objectives.

This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering IT projects on time and within budget, as well as experience in managing and mentoring a team of IT professionals.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Skills:
  • • Advanced experience managing and troubleshooting virtual machine environments, with expertise in hypervisor technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
  • • Expertise in software & hardware troubleshooting across a range of systems and platforms.
  • • Strong experience in network architecture and internet connectivity, including management of IP addressing, subnetting, and routing protocols.
  • • Proficient in Active Directory management, including group policies, user provisioning, and authentication services.
  • • Excellent in network administration, including configuring routers, switches, firewalls (specifically Palo Alto), and VPNs.
  • • Experienced with server management, including installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows Server, Red Hat Linux, and Ubuntu servers.
  • • Familiar with AI/ML configurations (ex: CUDA) to support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
  • • Understanding and familiarity with GPU / HPC servers.
  • • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices, including threat analysis, risk assessment, incident response, and security monitoring.
  • • Familiarity with software development frameworks and languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript for effective collaboration with development teams.
  • • Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code.
  • • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and services such as Azure AD, EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
