Senior Sales Strategist for Water Treatment Solutions

Koshish Sustainable Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a pioneering environmental solutions provider, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join its ETP/STP Project team and contribute to sales revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in ETP/STP/ZLD and government tenders. The role offers an exciting opportunity to build relationships with key stakeholders, drive business growth, and lead a team of professionals.
About the Role:- IDentify and analyze potential markets, customers, and opportunities for ETP/STP/Wastewater treatment projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in STP/ETP/Waste Water treatment.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, and account management.
- Strong understanding of water treatment technologies and ETP.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Waste Water treatment or related field.
- Mandatory Requirement - Must Have ETP/STP Business Development Experience.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around ₹20-30 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
