Factory Operations Supervisor

The Factory Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance of the manufacturing facility, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, costs, and productivity across all departments, while maintaining compliance with regulatory bodies such as FSSCI, GPCB, APEDA, and labour laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with factory management to develop and implement production strategies that meet business objectives
  • Monitor and control costs, budgeting, and productivity across all departments, identifying areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies such as FSSCI, GPCB, APEDA, and labour laws
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of staff
  • Maintain machinery, resolve production issues, and ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare and submit production reports to management
  • Foster a positive work environment and maintain good relationships with employees
  • Liaise with statutory bodies and manage inspections

Requirements include 10 years of experience in the food industry, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role, and a B.E./B.Tech degree in Food Technology or related field. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong leadership qualities.
