Showroom Manager Position

We are looking for an experienced Exhibition Venue Supervisor to oversee the retail experience center and deliver exceptional customer service.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the exhibition venue efficiently to meet customer expectations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and visual merchandising.
  • This includes timely execution of stock and sample audits, attending to customer queries and complaints promptly, and reporting daily to the retail operations team.
  • The Exhibition Venue Supervisor will also support sales in order closure and handle client relationships effectively.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 6-12 months of retail store experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Previous experience as a store manager in retail (1 year minimum) is highly desirable.
  • Furniture and Home Decor industry experience is preferred.
  • A basic understanding of MS Office, Google Docs, Sheets, and Forms is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Store Operations and SOP Management is essential.
