Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive institutional sales and expand our plant nutrition and protection business worldwide.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities in the agricultural sector.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with valued clients across the globe.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in selling bio-fertilizers, bio-pesticides, and biologicals to B2B clients in the agricultural industry.
  • Leadership skills in techno-commercial sales, strategic account management, and business development for plant nutrition and protection.
  • Strong customer engagement skills, including developing and managing relationships with fertilizer companies, distributors, FMCG companies, and plantations.
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements for biological product introductions globally.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences, Agronomy, Crop Science, or Biotechnology is essential. A Master's degree in Agri-Business or Agriculture Sciences is preferred.
  • Experience: 10 - 15 years in sales and business development in plant nutrition and protection.
