Customer Experience Coordinator

As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless rental experience for our customers. This includes:
- Providing exceptional customer service by maximizing service opportunities for every customer.
- Ensuring accurate recording and smooth execution of all bookings from clients and branch offices.
- Making expert recommendations on vehicles, protection plans, and additional services.
- Acting as a knowledgeable advisor on the entire ITH fleet and available extras.
- Maintaining accuracy in handling customer inquiries, bookings, and documentation.
- Addressing telephone and email inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handling customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, escalating concerns as needed for resolution.
You will work closely with our team to ensure that all customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accuracy in handling customer bookings and documentation.
