Job Description

We are seeking a Transformation Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in business agility and technology innovation, with a focus on organizational transformation.

As a Transformation Advisor, you will engage with various teams to identify opportunities for improvement and facilitate discussions that drive strategic initiatives. Your goal will be to help clients outlearn and outperform their competition by analyzing current business processes and recommending improvements aligned with industry best practices.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Business Requirements Analysis: Proficiency in this area is essential for success in this role.
  • Core Banking Experience: While not mandatory, experience with Core Banking is highly desirable.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: You must be able to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
