Senior Technical Analyst for Identity Governance and Administration

Job Description:

As a Senior Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for onboarding applications into the Identity Governance and Administration system. Your primary role will involve interacting with application owners to understand their systems and integration processes. This includes coordinating and validating custom development required for integration and working with internal engineers to build integrations according to governance best practices.

Maintain accurate statuses for all onboarded applications. You will also need to work with multiple application teams simultaneously to ensure seamless integration. Onboard various applications, including JDBC, Delimited File, Logical, Active Directory, and LDAP applications. Ensure that your work is aligned with policy, risk, and compliance requirements, such as SOX, HIPAA, and GDPR.

Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Manage application onboarding processes within the IGA system.
  • 2. Coordinate interaction with application owners to understand their system integration processes.
  • 3. Validate and coordinate custom development for application integrations.
  • 4. Collaborate with internal engineers to develop integrations in line with governance best practices.
  • 5. Report accurate application statuses and maintain records of onboarded applications.
  • 6. Work concurrently with multiple application teams to ensure efficient integration.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A minimum of 7-9 years' experience in IGA development teams as an engineer or analyst.
  • Experience with Identity Mapping and configuring source and target applications for attributes.
  • Ability to develop custom workflows for LCM/JLM Provisioning and administrate SailPoint-based Identity and Access Management solutions.
  • Understanding of RBAC analysis and implementation.
  • Capacity to launch certification campaigns and follow up on remediation processes.
  • Skills in developing forms, identity triggers, quick links, rules, email templates, and custom reports.
  • Ability to create rules like Build Map, Correlation, Identity Creation, Default password assignment, and manage Life Cycle Management events.
  • Onboarding skills for various applications into the IGA system.
  • Excellent work ethic and good communication skills.
  • Sailpoint IdentityNow certification is highly preferred.
