
Real Estate Post Sales Specialist

We are seeking a professional to join our team in the Real Estate Industry to handle all aspects of post-sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM). You will be responsible for payment collection, customer follow-up, and registration reporting. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle one-on-one client interactions, agreement drafting, and possession handling.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Post-Sales CRM: Handle all post-sales CRM activities, including regular customer follow-ups and addressing their doubts and clarifications.
- Financial Management: Manage payment collection follow-ups and handle recovery and collection processes.
- Documentation & Reporting: Assist with agreement drafting and manage collection and registration reporting.
- Possession Handling: Oversee the process of handing over property possession to customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in post-sales collection within the real estate industry.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent command of the English language and the ability to provide clear and smart answers to all customer questions.
- Excellent Client Interaction Skills: Experience in one-on-one client interaction and handling customer relationships.
- Agreement Drafting and Reporting: Proficiency in drafting agreements and managing reporting.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
