Job Title: ITSM Tool Architect

We are seeking a skilled IT Service Management (ITSM) professional to join our team as an ITSM Tool Architect. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT service management tools and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implementation: Lead the development and implementation of IT service management tools and systems.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy ITSM applications.
  • Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize ITSM platforms to meet business requirements.
  • Client Discussion and Requirements Gathering: Participate in client discussions and requirements gathering to refine test and debug programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • REST APIs: Experience with REST APIs is required.
  • ITSM: Strong knowledge of IT Service Management concepts, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Management.
  • CMDB: Familiarity with Configuration Management Database (CMDB) is necessary.
  • SOAP Integration: Experience with SOAP integration is required.
  • Cherwell ITSM: Knowledge of Cherwell ITSM is desired.
  • DATA Dog: Familiarity with DATA Dog is required.
  • Flexara One: Experience with Flexara One is necessary.
  • ScienceLogic: Knowledge of ScienceLogic is desired.
  • ServiceNow FSM: Familiarity with ServiceNow FSM is required.
  • ServiceNow ITAM-HAM: Experience with ServiceNow ITAM-HAM is necessary.
  • ServiceNow ITOM-ServiceMapping: Knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM-ServiceMapping is desired.
  • SolarWinds Server and Application Monitor: Familiarity with SolarWinds Server and Application Monitor is required.
  • Splunk: Experience with Splunk is necessary.
  • VMware-vrealize-automation - Administration: Knowledge of VMware-vrealize-automation - Administration is desired.
