We are seeking a skilled Chief Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. This role requires a strong background in accounting, data entry, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sending receipt and payment reports
  • Monitoring expected receipts and upcoming payments
  • Weekly report of receivables and BG/LC dues
  • Daily fund planning and cash flow management
  • Review of GST and TDS workings
  • Payment of liabilities and sharing data with the CA
  • Processing all bank payments
  • Salary calculation and processing
  • Recording all bank and expense entries in Tally
  • Payment of utility bills and insurance premiums
  • Tracking FD maturity and investments
  • Preparing stock statements for banks
  • Liaison with CA, CS, bankers, and other stakeholders
  • Preparation of accounts for finalization
  • Handling investments and redemptions
  • Advance tax calculations and payments
  • Settlement of accounts with debtors, creditors, and loans
  • Sending account statements to debtors
  • Checking and following up on 26AS TDS mismatches
Required Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Others:

This role requires a probation period of 90 days and a notice period of 90 days. The office timings are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, with 2nd and 4th Saturdays off.
