Job Title: Chief Financial Operations Officer

Our organization is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Operations Officer to oversee the efficient management of financial operations, ensuring seamless execution of financial processes and policies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving financial excellence and fostering a culture of accountability within the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive financial planning and analysis systems to inform strategic decision-making and optimize resource allocation.
  • Accounts Payable and Invoice Processing:
  • Design and execute robust accounts payable and invoice processing procedures, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors.
  • Statutory Payments and Compliance:
  • Oversee the accurate and timely payment of statutory obligations, including MSME dues and foreign remittances, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Vendor Reconciliation and Record Keeping:
  • Establish and maintain a vendor account reconciliation process, ensuring accurate records and compliance with company policies.
  • Audit Support:
  • Provide expert audit support, assisting with internal and external audit queries related to financial operations and providing necessary documentation and clarifications.
  • Fixed Asset Accounting:
  • Manage fixed asset accounting entries and records, ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • Education Qualifications:
  • Candidate must be a graduate in Commerce or a related field.
  • Behavioural Profile:
  • Polite with good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
