Leadership Role in Digital Transformation

This leadership position focuses on driving digital innovation within the manufacturing sector, prioritizing strategic thinking, and overseeing IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and innovation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA, IT infrastructure, and digital transformation projects. They should also demonstrate expertise in leading cross-functional teams and fostering a high-performing IT environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement an IT roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute Industry 4.0, IoT, process automation, and smart factory solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage IT infrastructure, SAP S/4 HANA, HRMS, Robotics IT Systems, MES, SharePoint, and ensure cybersecurity and compliance.
  • Promote collaboration between IT and cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR) to deliver IT-enabled solutions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Experience: 15-20 years of IT leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing/automotive, with at least 5+ years in senior roles.
  • Skills: Proven expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and digital transformation projects.
  • Certifications: PMP, CISSP, ITIL, AWS-SAA, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Lead Auditor are preferred.
