About the Role

We are seeking a talented Water Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering top-line revenue growth, driving volume growth through new customer acquisitions, and increasing share of wallet by cross-selling new applications to existing accounts.

In this role, you will work closely with Industrial Solutions business leadership and enabling functions to achieve business goals. You will also focus on timely accounts receivable (AR) collections, ensure accurate sales forecasting, and grow sales with existing distributors.

As a Water Specialist, you will be expected to track market trends and competitor activities regularly, collaborate with colleagues to drive business success, and commit to continual self-development and growth.

To succeed in this role, you will need a technical background in Engineering or Science, relevant experience in the Industrial Water Treatment segment, and strong understanding of applications such as boiler water treatment, cooling towers, RO/membrane systems, and wastewater treatment.

You will also possess a positive attitude towards new challenges, a willingness to learn, stretch, and strive for outstanding performance, and an ambitious and great team player mindset.

Requirements
  • Education/Experience:
  • A Technical background in Engineering or Science is essential.
  • Relevant experience in the Industrial Water Treatment segment with a strong understanding of applications such as boiler water treatment, cooling towers, RO/membrane systems, and wastewater treatment.
