Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Analytics Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience minimum, with at least 3 years of experience in digital analytics solutions such as Salesforce Data Cloud, Tealium AudienceStream, and Google Analytics.

They should have functional and technical understanding of Customer Data Platform (CDP) and personalization use cases, as well as strong data-driven analytical skills and the ability to operate and thrive with partial information and ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Collection Strategy: Define data collection requirements and strategy for Salesforce Data Cloud, Tealium AudienceStream, and other platforms.
  • Personalization Use Cases: Work with brand and marketing teams to understand requirements and design personalization use cases.
  • Requirement Management: Manage and triage requirements from multiple stakeholders and work with onshore and offshore analytics engineers for successful enablement.
  • Analytics Data Needs: Create, gather, and manage analytics data needs of lines of business and translate them into technical specifications.
  • CDP Audits and Measurement Frameworks: Manage CDP audits and measurement frameworks to ensure customer profiles are built as per expectations.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Periodically analyze data and current state, report out systems statuses, findings, and recommendations.
  • tagging Digital Platforms: Manage a consistent method of tagging various digital platforms to support end-to-end channel analytics.
  • Implementation Guides and Best Practices: Document, share, and apply implementation guides, standards, and best practices.
  • Client Deliverables: Oversee the delivery of client deliverables to ensure that team efforts are streamlined to enable analytics.
