The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain the CMDB within the ServiceNow platform.\

  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that CMDB solutions meet business needs.\

  • Implement and enforce CMDB data standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity and accuracy.\
    \
  • Develop and maintain CMDB documentation, including data models, workflows, and processes.\
    \
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the CMDB development team.\
    \
  • Perform regular audits and data quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.\
    \
  • Integrate the CMDB with other IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools.\
    \
  • Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow CMDB best practices and industry trends.\
    \
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on CMDB functionalities and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CMDB development and administration within the ServiceNow platform.\
    \
  • Proven experience leading CMDB projects and teams.\
    \
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.\
    \
  • Experience with integrating CMDB with other ITSM processes and tools.\
    \
  • Strong understanding of database design, data modeling, and data governance principles.
