
Customer Service Representative Position

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Expert to provide exceptional support to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving issues, enforcing high service standards, and delivering top-notch customer experience.
About the Role:- Manage and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Enforce high service standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Confirm ride completions and update systems accordingly.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, noting issues and solutions within our CRM.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, operations teams, and other stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer support.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles or similar environments.
- Strong operational and analytical skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English communication (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to work full-time schedules, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fast-paced work environment and attention to detail required.
- Bilingual Spanish language skills a plus.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.
