
Key Customer Service Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill this key position. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to deliver seamless support throughout the sales process.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, document inquiries, and generate reports.
- Analyze customer data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of CRM processes and protocols.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in real estate or housing industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze customer data and generate insights.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
