Project Management Role Summary

As a seasoned project manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of an interior project from initiation to execution. Your primary responsibility will be to take complete ownership and accountability for the project's success. This includes engaging with clients, ensuring they are informed about the project's progress, and providing regular updates on all activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with manpower agencies to assign the right resources and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Foster teamwork and communication among project stakeholders, including design professionals, vendors, and clients.
  • Establish formal reporting arrangements to track project progress and provide weekly progress reports.
  • Engage with clients to build professional relationships and direct the installation team to execute work according to the design plan.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to deliver high-quality results and exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Architecture from a reputable institution (Tier 1 or Tier 2).
  • Alternate qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil/Architecture + Master's in Business Administration from RICS or NICMAR.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in executing corporate/residential interior fitout projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
  • Demonstrated understanding and aptitude for basic project management principles.
  • Extreme attention to detail and a no-compromise attitude towards quality.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel/GSheets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills to engage effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Entrepreneurial zeal and ownership.
