Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to join our team. As an IT Associate, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing technical problems related to computer hardware and peripheral equipment.

Your primary goal will be to identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.

You will also be expected to provide technical guidance and recommendations to colleagues, helping them navigate complex technical challenges.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for referring major hardware/software problems or defective products to vendors or technicians for service.

Additionally, you will need to maintain and upgrade hardware and software, including peripherals and website technical architecture related to hardware and telecommunication connectivity.

Lastly, you will be required to report work-related accidents or injuries immediately upon occurrence to your manager or supervisor.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware and software
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
