Forward-thinking Data Analyst sought to drive growth in a high-growth eCommerce environment.

Utilize GA4, Shopify, BigQuery, and BI tools like Looker Studio to transform data into actionable insights. Proficiency in SQL and Python required for analysis and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build conversion funnels, diagnose drop-offs, and analyze customer behavior.
  • Create automated executive and team dashboards ensuring clarity, timeliness, and data quality.
  • Partner with Growth/Finance to project traffic, conversion, and revenue, supporting demand planning with data-backed scenarios.
  • Ensure data integrity and governance across structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with Product, Marketing, Lifecycle/CRM, and Engineering to translate business questions into analysis and decisions.

We seek:

  • 5–7 years of experience in analytics, preferably eCommerce or consumer DTC, with proven impact on conversion and revenue.
  • Expert SQL skills and comfort working in BigQuery.
  • BI proficiency: Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • GA4 expertise: event modeling, custom dimensions, funnels, UTMs, exploration reports.
  • Scripting for analysis/automation: Python or R.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Shopify, Recharge, and Klaviyo datasets.
  • Hands-on with marketing attribution, MMM, or causal inference.
  • Familiarity with GA4 analytics engineering tools.
  • Exposure to AI/ML use cases.
  • Prior impact in a high-growth eCommerce environment.
