**Data Insights Specialist Role**

As a key member of our analytics team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven insights.

  • Data Modeling and Development: Utilize dbt (Data Build Tool) to craft scalable and reusable data models that meet the evolving needs of the organization.
  • Collaboration and Data Integration: Work closely with data engineers to ingest and transform data from diverse sources, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality results.
  • Data Quality and Documentation: Maintain rigorous standards for data consistency, quality, and documentation across all datasets, promoting transparency and trust within teams.
  • Business Collaboration and Insights: Foster strong relationships with analysts and stakeholders to understand their data requirements and deliver actionable, data-driven insights that drive business success.
  • Pipeline Testing and Optimization: Implement and maintain robust data testing frameworks to validate pipeline integrity and optimize SQL queries and data transformations for maximum performance and scalability.
  • Version Control and CI/CD: Ensure version control and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines are maintained for analytics codebases, facilitating efficient collaboration and deployment.
  • Pipeline Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Proactively monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and models in production, guaranteeing minimal downtime and maximum system availability.

**Key Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with dbt or similar data modeling tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
