Performance Marketing Campaign Manager

This is a role that involves planning, executing and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive media plans, managing ad copies and landing pages to improve conversion rates and campaign performance.

  • Plan, execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, focusing on driving conversions and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Develop and execute comprehensive media plans, ensuring efficient budget allocation and effective channel utilization to achieve business objectives.
  • Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Data Studio to monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing strategies accordingly.
  • Manage and optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and overall campaign performance.
Requirements

Applicants should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in running paid ad campaigns, programmatic ads, and media buying.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics, data analysis and interpretation.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Excel.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in EdTech or digital marketing training domain.
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM and lead tracking tools.
