Tagetik MDM Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Tagetik MDM professional to lead the design, implementation, and support of master data management solutions within the Tagetik platform.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate, consistent, and reliable master data across financial consolidation, reporting, and planning processes. They will also work closely with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure data governance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement Tagetik MDM solutions for finance and enterprise data management.
  • Manage hierarchies, metadata, and dimensions across multiple modules (Consolidation, Planning, Reporting).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
  • Design and implement data integration processes with upstream/downstream systems (ERP, BI, Data Warehouse).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve MDM-related issues within the Tagetik environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–7 years of overall EPM/CPM experience, with 2+ years in Tagetik MDM.
  • Strong understanding of master data management, metadata, and hierarchy maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience with Tagetik Consolidation, Planning, and Reporting modules is a plus.
  • Experience integrating Tagetik with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of SQL, ETL, and data integration tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of finance processes (consolidation, planning, forecasting).
  • Experience working in global delivery or consulting environments.
  • Tagetik certifications.
