A SailPoint IdentityIQ expert will join our team, bringing 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and managing Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing IGA solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • Performing technical troubleshooting of SailPoint IdentityIQ issues
  • Managing deployed IGA solutions, resolving incidents, and service requests
  • Deploying new features and maintaining existing ones

Success in this role requires:

  • Hands-on development experience with the SailPoint IdentityIQ product
  • Experience with life cycle workflows, access governance, access certification, and access request processes
  • Knowledge of Linux commands, JVM configuration, basic database queries, and integration with AD, LDAP, WebServices, databases, and other systems/business applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to cross-functional audiences
