We are seeking an experienced IAM professional to join our team in delivering secure and scalable Identity and Access Management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ development, configuration, and integration, with a focus on delivering robust IAM solutions that meet business requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Customize workflows, rules, and connectors to meet organizational needs.
  • Integrate SailPoint with various systems and applications for provisioning and access governance.
  • Perform role-based access control (RBAC), policy enforcement, and compliance reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver IAM solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity lifecycle and access management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ development and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including provisioning, de-provisioning, access certification, and role management.
  • Experience with Java, BeanShell scripting, XML, and web services.
  • Familiarity with directory services (LDAP, AD), databases, and enterprise systems.
  • Good knowledge of security standards and compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
