Petrophysics Team Lead Role

As a senior leader in petrophysics, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our team of experts in leading-edge evaluations across exploration, appraisal, and development wells. This includes ensuring high-quality data acquisition and reservoir characterization through advanced log interpretation, core-log integration, and the application of cutting-edge digital techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Petrophysical activities for exploration, appraisal, and development wells.
  • Design and oversee logging programs, including tool selection, vendor coordination, and real-time monitoring.
  • Conduct formation evaluation and integrate results into subsurface models and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver petrophysical insights and optimize data acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or higher in Geophysics from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in Petrophysics domain within the oil & gas industry.
  • Willing and able to travel offshore for rig site operations and field quality control.
