Job Title: Senior Strategy Professional

We are seeking an experienced corporate strategy professional to join our team in a leading non-banking financial organization.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4-9 years of experience in credit risk management and loan portfolio monitoring.
  • A strong understanding of credit risk frameworks, regulatory guidelines, and company policies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor loan portfolios to track overdue accounts, defaults, delinquencies, and NPAs, and identify early warning signals of credit risk.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop actionable strategies to mitigate credit risk while aligning with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, credit, and collections teams to strengthen credit decision-making and improve recoveries.
  • Establish and maintain credit risk frameworks, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  • Prepare regular MIS, risk reports, and portfolio reviews for management, highlighting key risk trends and exposures.
  • Ensure effective monitoring of asset quality and recommend measures to maintain a healthy loan book.
