Job Title: Fabric Lead

Location: Remote, IST Shift

Duration: 6 months, Extendable Contract

Compensation: $18-20 per hour

Job Description

As a Fabric Lead, you will oversee the architecture of Microsoft Fabric solutions and collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements. You will lead a team of data engineers, BI developers, and analysts in delivering scalable and secure data solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 9-12 years of experience in Azure Data Platform (ADF, Databricks, Synapse) and at least 1 year in MS Fabric projects.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance.
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure Data Services (Synapse, Data Factory, Data Lake).

Design and oversee the integration of Power BI, Synapse, Data Factory, and other Azure services with Microsoft Fabric solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and ensure timely delivery. Define and implement real-time analytics, Lakehouses, and Data Warehouses data strategies. Establish data strategy and drive innovation through staying current with industry trends and technology advancements.
